Bas Selman Transport Groep BV h.o.d.n. Europe flyer is a modern forwarding company. We have over 150 enthusiastic and well trained employees who take it as a sport to take your products with most of care and on time delivery to its destination. 100 freight carriages are used daily to make sure we can live up to our promises.
Bas Selman Transport Groep BV h.o.d.n. Europe Flyer is particularly qualified in the conditioned groupage transport to Spain and Portugal. Fresh flesh (hanging or in boxes) and other products such as frozen foods, are transported by Bas Selman Transport Groep BV h.o.d.n. Europe Flyer from and to Belgium, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands.
These conditioned products are then discharged at our new and conditioned transhipment company (3.000m2) in Huissen and loaded in the Europe flyer freight carriages to be transported to all destinations in Spain and Portugal with a rapid speed. This of course with frequent feed back to our customers.
Therefore good communication is very important. Many customers frequently sell the fresh products up to the last moment. As a figure of speak our lorry already stands at the door to load up, whereas the shipper is still wrapping up the products for transport. At the same time the recipient would like to know at what time we will arrive to discharge the products.
A hectic company, but with a tight schedule and a close cooperation between the several departments. To be able to inform our customers during the whole route, Bas Selman Transport Groep BV h.o.d.n. Europe Flyer has invested a lot of time and money in the most contemporary communication resources. All of our material is equipped with satellite connection. This makes it able for us to keep track of every lorry at any time.
Thus we keep our customers directly informed of all attentive events during the whole route. Of course the driver also has the use of a functional navigation system.
The temperature in the loading spaces is monitored by satellite and deviations are communicated directly, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Even on transport with double compartments and two different temperatures in one semi-trailer.
Bas Selman Transport Groep BV h.o.d.n. Europe flyer is proud of its possession of the HACCP certificate. We would like to advance and the first step has been made in direction of a combined certificate with ISO 22000.
